These Grave Plots can be converted into a double grave with a specified fee to Rose Hills when needed. Water spigot is nearby. I am offering these Plots (3) for $3.900 each, $7,600 for 2 or $11,300 for all 3 Gravesites. Transactions will be completed at the Rose Hills office. Buyer is responsible for the $200 transfer fee and $200 endowment fee (life time maintenance) to Rose Hills for each Plot.
