Beautiful setting with trees and views overlooking the lagoon and Santa Barbara mountains. 1973 Certificate of ownership allows for immediate private transfer of Plot through the Cemetery association. We would have to meet at the Santa Barbara Cemetery office to complete our transaction, pay a small transfer fee; as sole and original owner, I can designate "perpetual rights" to whom will be buried there. No other financial arrangements can take place anywhere, but perpetual rights are legal and accepted. Single Plot $5,500. Site allows flat type 16"x28" Memorial tablets top surface flush with lawn.
