Two Spaces for sale in beautiful Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Kansas City/Raytown, MO, close to Independence. The Spaces are conveniently located close to the Cemetery chapel/office in Section 10, Lot 30, Spaces 5 and 6. The Spaces can EACH accommodate: (a) two ash Urns, or (b) a combination of one Casket and one Urn, or (c) one Casket only. The current value is $4,795 each. (Double-deep casket burials are not allowed.) I am selling them for $4,000 combined, or $2,300 for one Space only. I will split 50-50 with the buyer the $300 transfer fee charged by the Cemetery for a given transaction. My parents purchased the Spaces years ago thinking their children would remain in MO and choose to be buried there. Floral Hills Memorial Gardens is owned by the Dignity cemetery system.
