Forest
Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California |
Some time ago I placed an ad with you for a
Companion Lawn Crypt at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA. The ARN # is 8671. I am pleased to be able to report that I have successfully sold the subject property, after being listed for over 2 years on your website. Patience paid off and the listing on your website did what I needed it to do. So now that the property is sold, please remove the ad from your website. And thank you for your part in bringing this transaction to a successful conclusion.
Thanks again!

Hi There!
I am writing to ask you to remove the ad for my cemetery plot (ARN# 9453). Because of you, my plot sold yesterday!
The buyer is so happy to have found it through your website. Thank you so very much for all the help you have given in the valuation of the plot. You went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you!
Sincerely, Laurie P. |

Please remove my ad I just sold my last Burial Space. I am so happy I found your site. I am the trustee of my Mother's Trust and didn't know how to sell the Lots. I tried the newspapers and boy is that expensive and got no calls.
I would have never thought it would have taken so long. It took me almost five years to sell the four Lots. So I really appreciated being able to use your site it saved me a lot of money in advertising!
Thank you so very, very much. I have recommended your site to others.

Our Ad #9100
for the four Rose Hills Cemetery Lots needs to be removed.
We have sold the Lots and have found this method for
selling these to be superior to the other method my Father
In Law was using.

Dear Sir or
Madam,
Thank you for your assistance in selling our families
cemetary plots. Though it took a little time, it worked
out very well and all the transactions went smoothly.
For your records, all three plots in Archival Record #
7884 have now been sold and the ad should be removed from
your website. Just for verification these were three
double plots at Inglewood Park Cemetary, Siesta Lot,
spaces 739 A, B, & C. They were sold in three separate
transactions and we had updated previously to only the B
plot left.
Thank you for your services, I will recommend you in the
future.
Sincerely, Bonnie S. |

Property SOLD Notification May 16, 2006:
1.
Selling cemetery property is not the most pleasant
item to sell given the nature of what they represent.
Most people don't want to think about the arrangements
for their passing. Given that, selling the plots on
line made it a easier task to accomplish.
2.
I liked the fact that email communication made it
easy to see who was serious and who wasn't. I had
three phone inquiries that did not pan out. The
eventual buyer never called me, we communicated only
thru email and spoke for the first time when we met at
the cemetary to transfer the deed. We emailed for
approximately a month before a deal was made.
3.
Final Arrangements was a convenient way to sell the
plots, it was easy to sign up, and when I did have to
communicate with Final Arrangements--the replies were
fast and informative. I would say on a scale of 1 to 10,
the experience was a 10. So thanks very much for making
this service available.
Sincerely,
Rena S. Studio City, CA (last name privacy protected)
