Use the space on the back of the Emergency card to put information concerning where a copy of your final arrangement plans are kept. This is particularly important if you are not opening a private file with us or have these plans held by someone other than your representative. In addition, as a suggestion, you could also put down information concerning your living will directives. There is room for up to 350 characters allowed here.
