REDUCED PRICE: Twelve Grave Sites available immediately. Two groups of four Graves in the Laurel Section, Lot 158A and Lot 158C, Grave #s 1, 2, 3 & 4 in each. Two graves in the Hanover Section, Lot 18C, Grave #s 1 & 2. Two Graves in the Elm Section, Lot 191B, Grave #s 3 & 4. All Graves are doubles. Restland’s list price for the Graves in the Laurel Section is $3,000 per Grave Site and in the Elm and Hanover Sections is $2,750 per Grave Site. We will sell each Grave for the Restland list price less 40% discount for individual Graves, a 50% discount for pairs and 60% discount for a full Lot of 4 Graves. Purchaser will pay to Restland Memorial Park $60 per Grave Site transfer fee and $130 deed fee, per buyer, regardless of the number of Grave Sites purchased. In addition, purchaser will pay 15% of the Restland’s listed price for each Site less the original purchase price on the deed, to Restland Memorial Park, for the Maintenance and Preservation fund (Perpetual Care Fee set by the state of New Jersey).
