The Final Arrangements Network and Why Register Your Grave Sites, Cemetery Plots and Cemetery Lots for Sale

We get a lot of questions about what we do and why we cost what we do to do it. We thought we would try and answer some of what we have been asked in a somewhat tongue and cheek way in hopes a bit of humor would help explain why if you aren't registered with The Cemetery Registry your opportunities to sell your cemetery property are not as bright as they could be if you did register today:

Why You Should Never Register with The Cemetery Registry Your Cemetery Plots for Sale or Grave Sites for Sale and Cemetery Lots with Burial Plots for Sale

• You want someone else to get at least 15% to 20% of whatever you sell your property for.
• You don't want those Cemetery Broker services for free because you like giving up 20% of your profit from the sale of your property.
• You want to pay a listing fee and then pay an advertising fee for the same listing should you be unfortunate enough to sell.
• You want your listing to indicate that anyone can get paid by you who wants to call themselves a "Cemetery Broker" even if they don't have the credentials and do anything more than answer the phone.
• You don't want where you are registered to be in every top Search Engine because that would bring undo exposure to your listing and may cause it to sell.
• You want to make sure when a buyer types in the search phrase: -- "buy cemetery plots"  {and  the state your property is in}, when searching Google or another Search Engine, they wouldn't get the website you are listed on, as that, again, may result in having to sell your property to them for your offering price. 
• You found an Internet Site that will advertise you property for less or for free and you really don't care if anyone is going there to see your ad or even knows of this site but you, let alone actually wants to buy it.
• You don't want to be bothered with Buyers needing to get information on your property. So you sure don't want TCR's Buyers Search service working for you, finding you a buyer.
• You really don't want professional cemetery sales people helping you sell your property.
• You don't want any of those Funeral Directors who need to buy your property today, calling or writing you, to buy your property.
• You really don't want to sell your property if someone can buy it for more from your cemetery instead of you.
• You don't want your property to be listed in the Top Search Engines because that is just too many possible buyers and you don't want to sell that soon.
• You want to make your own changes and like the idea of passwords, user names and spending the extra time it takes.
• You really don't want professional help that you can write to or call to get advice. You know everything there is about selling private owner cemetery property and certainly don't need an expert to help.
• You really want to just go look at your ad and don't really care if it sells before you have to renew your ad or not.
• You want it to know your property will still be yours two years from now so you can pay again to keep advertising it.
