The Crypts are located inside the newly renovated Chapel on the bottom row. The Crypts for sale are #473 W & 474 and #479 W & 480. The Crypts will hold 4 Caskets, 2 side by side below ground and 2 side by side at ground level. MUST be sold to one purchaser since there is only one cover for the 4 Caskets. Based on discussions with Cemetery employees, Rest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery no longer has any Crypts available in the Chapel. I am asking $20,000 for all 4 Crypt placements. This price includes perpetual care by Restlawn Memorial Park. Any and all Title transfer fees will be paid by the Buyer. The Mausoleum Deed will be conveyed to you by Quit Claim Deed provided by Restlawn personnel. Payment to be by CASH, or approved Bank Cashier's check which needs to clear before final papers are returned by USPS and/or FedEx registered mail/insurance paid by the Seller. Execution of the Quit Claim Deed will occur at a mutually agreeable date at the Rest Lawn offices. I will consider all Reasonable Offers.
